This is a health, fitness and weight loss expedition week that guarantees that you will lose body fat percentage, gain muscle mass to improve your overall total body strength and take your fitness to new heights. If you are looking to lose weight, get fit and a kick start to a healthier life then our 6 day expedition will leave you with a smile from ear to ear as you achieve something new and very special.

Complete this adventure trek across Wales’ stunning countryside and coastlines with sports activities, fitness and team challenges along the way and you will be surprised at how much 6 days can reward you. During the days action you will learn about your muscles, different food groups, energy systems, nutrition, calories, exercise first aid and much more whilst on the move. You may even be doing kettle bell training by a lake, a log run across the sand dunes, river crossings or a yoga class by the campfire.

Each and every Boot Camp Expedition is a unique experience and will leave you in a better place physically and mentally. There will always be a different backdrop to your day which will keep you motivated and on track. The combination of classes, hiking, camping, challenges and unlimited variety in the schedule will make the week fly by so fast that when it is all over, you will look back and be astounded at what you have achieved.

Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Expeditions have a "keep it simple" approach to training that takes you beyond the "traditional" gym setting. No fancy equipment is needed. We use your body weight, a few "old school" tools and the natural environment as your gym and by leaving no carbon footprint we are protecting the environment. Our Ethos is to encourage teamwork, camaraderie and fun through a challenging series of activities.
